Cordal wind farm in Kerry has been bought

A €2 billion renewable energy fund backed by Spanish banking giant Banco Santander has purchased a wind farm project in Co Kerry.

London-based Cubico Sustainable Investments, which is a joint venture between Santander and two Canadian pension funds, completed a deal for the undeveloped Cordal wind farm in Kerry with domestic Irish renewable developer Saorgus.
