Company declined to comment on the reason for the case

Former Bank of Ireland boss Richard Burrows is an investor in VoiceSage

A planned €20 million takeover deal of Irish technology company VoiceSage by Cameo Global is not proceeding, The Sunday Business Post has learned.

VoiceSage, whose investors include former Bank of Ireland boss Richard Burrows, construction magnate George Sisk and former NTR boss Jim Barry, has launched legal proceedings against Cameo and against some former members of its senior executive team.

The company declined to comment on the reason for the case.
