Ecocem Materials had a turnover of €75 million in 2016, up 14 per cent on the previous year
Ecocem, the Dublin-based green cement giant, has notified the competition watchdog of a proposed acquisition of its French subsidiary in partnership with ArcelorMittal, the world’s leading integrated steel and mining company.
The acquisition is subject to approval from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC).
