Earnings soar at O’Dea’s London property firm

Turnover at Formation Group rose to £29.410 million on the back of strong London property market

Limerick TD Willie O’Dea’s London-listed property company saw a 24 per cent rise in revenues last year, the company’s accounts show.

Turnover at Formation Group rose from £23.764 million (€27.523 million) to £29.410 million on the back of the strong London property market.

Profits after tax rose to £2.785 million, up from £1.814 million, the accounts show.
