Duff & Phelps acquires CFI in Irish expansion

Global valuation and corporate finance adviser Duff & Phelps has acquired the Dublin finance house Corporate Finance Ireland (CFI), as it continues to expand its Irish operations.

The terms of the deal have not been disclosed, but it will give Duff & Phelps access to CFI’s 300 strong roster of clients. US-headquartered Duff & Phelps entered the Irish market in 2014 with the acquisition of the restructuring and insolvency division of RSM Farrell Grant Sparks...
