Dubliner FitzGerald has grape expectations for Naked Wines

Thirty-year old Dubliner Eamon FitzGerald will remain managing director of Naked Wines UK, the crowdfunded online wine retailer, after its parent company was bought by rival Majestic Wine for £70 million (€97 million).

The sale will see Naked Wines founder Rowan Gormley, who previously set up Virgin Money for Richard Branson, run the two companies separately.
