Dublin gifting software firm inks deal with eBay

Cleverbug, the Dublin-based gifting software firm, has landed a partnership deal with the e-commerce giant eBay and is in talks with the US department store chain Sears.
The partnership will see the $8 billion multinational use Cleverbug’s gifting technologies CleverGift Finder and CleverGift eCard to allow its customers find and personalise gifts.
Kealan Lennon, chief executive of Cleverbug, said the company is also talking to a number of large US retailers, including Sears.
