Pat Lucey is chief executive and co-founder of enterprise IT project company Aspira. Established in 2007, Aspira employs 46 people in Cork, Dublin and Limerick. The company recently announced plans to create 50 jobs in project management, business analysis and software development, having acquired IT services company B-Tec Solutions.
