Donegal chef hoping to dispel the myths about Irish food
Donegal-born chef and blogger Zack Gallagher was ranked the third most prominent chef influencer in the food service industry last month by data analytics and media company GlobalData.
Intent on “changing the perception of modern Irish food, as seen from abroad”, Gallagher’s interest in Irish produce began after he accompanied his mother to gather dillisk seaweed from Donegal Bay.
