Digicel will not revisit IPO for at least a year

Chief executive Colm Delves the company will reassess a flotation but not in the short term.

Denis O’Brien’s Digicel will wait at least a year before deciding to launch a stock market listing, having axed its $5 billion initial public offering last week.

Chief executive Colm Delves said in an interview with The Sunday Business Post that he believed potential investors were receptive to Digicel’s growth and investment plans, but it wouldn’t budge on the price it wanted for its shares.
