Developer Gerry Barrett’s €130m comeback vision stymied

Barrett has expressed his frustration and slammed 'serial objectors' for criticising both his Bonham Quay office development plan and other developments in or near Galway city

Barrett is planning to a €130 million new ‘urban quarter’ on 35 acres on or near the harbour in Galway city. However the Bonham Quay office development, part of the plan, was objected to, and will now be the subject of an oral hearing by An Bord Pleanála.
