Veteran hotelier pays Greg Kavanagh around €3m for well-known Dublin bar
Popular Dublin pub and nightclub The Globe has been bought by property developer Jerry Conlan for an estimated €3 million.
Conlan, the veteran property developer and owner of the nearby Central Hotel, is understood to have finalised a deal for the George’s Street premises with developer Greg Kavanagh last week. Conlan is backed by the $4.6 billion New York hedge fund Garrison Capital.
