Denis O'Brien waives Digicel dividends: reports

Dividends will be rolled up and paid at a later date

Denis O’Brien last year waived around $20 million -- roughly (€17.5 million) -- of cash dividends from Digicel Group and told the company's bondholders he would not be taking further payments until business improves.

According to reports in The Irish Times today, O’Brien met with the company’s bondholders in a series of roadshow meetings in late February in London, New York, Boston and Miami.
