The Irish arm of professional services firm Deloitte will this summer be folded into the €5 billion North West European arm of the consultancy giant as the firm chases a more integrated European strategy.
The firm employs more than 2,000 people in Ireland, but the Dublin-headquartered subsidiary was hived out of a 2016 move that saw its operations in nine European companies pushed together in what was described then as a ‘client driven’ move.
