Decobake liquidator granted injunction against Coyle family

Declan de Lacy applied to the High Court on Monday because of what he claimed was 'unlawful and defamatory conduct' by the owner of the business

The official liquidator of Decobake, the cake decorations and baking products maker, applied to the High Court on Monday for “urgent injunctive relief” because of what he claimed was “unlawful and defamatory conduct” by the owner of the business, Paul Coyle.

Liquidator Declan de Lacy of PKF O’Connor Leddy & Holmes was granted the order on a number of grounds on an interim basis, with the matter listed for further hearing...
