Davy Stockbrokers has told investors it will refund people who invested in a tax-efficient small business fund if there are any delays in investing the fund arising out of a Revenue Commissioners backlog.
The rules around the Employment Incentive and Investment Scheme (EIIS), which provides tax relief for investors in small businesses, were recently changed and this has led to a delay processing applications.
