Davy pays Kearney seven figures to settle case

The Northern Irish developer has settled the case in relation to the sale of Anglo Irish Bank bonds

Northern Irish developer Patrick Kearney has settled his case against stockbroking firm Davy in relation to the sale of Anglo Irish Bank bonds with a face value of €27 million.

Terms of the settlement were not disclosed, but Davy is understood to have paid a seven-figure sum to Kearney. No admission of wrongdoing was made.
