Mari Donelan decided to make her own pasta sauce at home

Her experience as the mother of a young child averse to the taste and texture of vegetables prompted Wicklow-based Mari Donelan to develop a blended pasta sauce that would cater to his nutritional needs.

“My son Ben became a really fussy eater when he was about two or three, and I couldn’t find anything in the shops for him that didn’t have a lot of salt, sugar and preservatives,” said Donelan....
