Its aim is to help small to medium enterprises deliver a more effective customer experience strategy, thus keeping customers satisfied and loyal.
The event is the brainchild of Brian Waldron, managing director of professional development firm PeopleFirst, and Michael Killeen, chairman of Dialogue.
