Cúram in Arch collaboration

✽ Cúram, a government-funded centre for medical device research, has signed a collaboration agreement with start-up Arch Therapeutics.

Under the terms of the deal, Cúram will give Arch Therapeutics grant-funding for personnel and infrastructure.

Arch is developing a device to stem blood loss during surgery and trauma care. The company is using a self-assembling peptide technology platform to develop a surgical hemostatic device called AC5.
