Crunch delivered for Kanum, now it’s weighing up options
The recession served up an opportunity for Dublin entrepreneur Marc Fitzharris, who partnered with his brother Niall to open the Thai food takeaway, delivery and casual dining venture Kanum on Mespil Road nine years ago this month.
With support from other family members, the Fitzharris brothers have since seen the business grow to employ 63 people at their original Dublin 4 premises, another in Rathgar, and a centralised kitchen and delivery outlet in Parkwest.
