Creditor tries to block €2m gym rescue deal
A landlord creditor who is owed €16,000 is trying to block a €2 million investment package aimed at saving six former Jackie Skelly gyms from closure.
The gyms, now trading as Énergie Fitness, have been in examinership since May after a petition was filed by the owner of the clubs Prime Fitness Ltd.
The clubs affected are located in Ashbourne, Drogheda, Shelbourne Road, Rathfarnham, Swords and Clarendon Street.
