Craft brewers in lobbying drive to sell their wares in-house

A major craft brewer industry group has said it is confident Alan Kelly’s proposal to enable breweries to sell beer on premises will receive government support.

“The initial feedback is good from the house. We have a lot of lobbying to do. We are very optimistic, this is a legal anomaly that needs to be fixed,” Gráinne Walsh, spokesperson for the Independent Craft Brewers of Ireland (ICBI) told The Sunday Business Post....
