Co Louth cousins Brendan and Sean Phillips have the global flat-pack furniture market in their sights with a new system that promises to do away with the tools usually required for self-assembly.

The interlocking Ovvo system uses self-clamping clips to join the various components of flat-pack furniture sets together.
