Cornmarket buys insurance broker Penpro
Firm specialises in group schemes for public sector
Cornmarket Group Financial Services is to take control of independent insurance broker Penpro.
The acquisition, which is subject to regulatory approval, is expected to be completed in early August. No financial details of the deal were given.
Penpro specialises in the administration of group life, income protection, serious illness and additional voluntary contribution (AVC) schemes to members of the Garda Representative Association (GRA), army officers (CAOGA) and other groups within the public sector.
