Property developer Gerry Conlan has closed the acquisition of the Trinity Street car park off Dame Street for just under €24 million.
Conlan has acquired the building’s freehold and leasehold with the support of EMI-MR, a company linked to the Breslin and Regan families, who have interests in the US and Ireland.
