Companies that fail to ‘invest in rest’ risk staff burnout

Workplace wellbeing has quickly shot up the agenda for businesses across Ireland. With 12 per cent of the Irish population reportedly suffering from some form of chronic depression, neglecting to invest in rest could prove damaging for businesses and their workforces.

Our latest study found 71 per cent of workers were at risk of suffering from rest deficit, as they reported staying in touch with the office despite being away on holiday.
