Comcast set to draw in DreamWorks Animation

Acquisition will cost Comcast $3.8 billion

NBCUniversal, a division of Comcast, has announced plans to acquire DreamWorks Animation – the creator of films such as Shrek and Kung Fu Panda – in a $3.8 billion deal.
