It is officially Christmas time and to mark the festive season, I spent the weekend stuffing my face.

But it turns out I am not to blame for my pigging out. It is the advertisers’ fault. Not the current marketing campaigns out there either but the advertising campaigns I soaked up as a child. My poor, young brain took in so many fun slogans and TV ads over the years and now I am powerless...
