Grab-and-go market ‘keeps costs low’
VDA Coffee, the fast-growing speciality coffee chain, is planning to expand to nine coffee shops by 2020, branching out to Galway, Cork and Belfast. The company, which only opened its first coffee shop in Naas, Kildare, five months ago, opened its second shop in Thomas Street in Dublin this month.
Founded by 27-year-old Judy van den Ancker, the company is looking for another premises in Dublin before expanding across cities nationwide.
