Christmas FM aims to raise €200k in aid of Temple Street

Garvan Rigby and Walter Hegarty are kicking off the festive season early as Christmas FM returns next week

Christmas FM will be back on air for the 11th year running, on Wednesday at 1pm. This year, the premier sponsors are Cadbury, Coca-Cola and Dunnes Stores, while the station will broadcast from the Ballsbridge Hotel in Dublin.

Since 2008, Christmas FM has raised over €1.25 million for charities including the ISPCC, Barnardos, Simon, Focus Ireland, Age Action, Aware, Make-A-Wish and Focus Ireland.

The radio station’s chosen charity for 2018 is Temple Street Childrens’ University Hospital....
