Fresh food company has grown rapidly since being founded three years ago
Irish salad bar Chopped has opened negotiations with at least two potential counter-parties in Britain as it eyes expansion outside Ireland.
The company has grown rapidly since it was founded in 2012. Co-founder Brian Lee said that six franchises were scheduled to open next year, as well as a fourth outlet directly owned by the company.
