Casual approach pays off as business opens second outlet
Five years after the opening of their original Perry Street Market Café in Cork city centre, owners Brian Drinan and Paul Coffey have expanded the business for the second time with the opening of a new outlet in Ringaskiddy.
With staff numbers now standing at 50, Drinan estimates total investment in the business to date at about €1 million. It is a sizeable commitment, but one that is paying off for the Perry Street...
