$100m injection from Omani sovereign wealth fund looks set to end Kenmare Resources debt nightmare
Kenmare Resources may be on the brink of a major change in its fortunes.
In the past week the company secured a $100 million investment from the Omani Sovereign Wealth Fund (SGRF), got indications that its major shareholders will stump up $75 million more, and began positive discussions with the company’s lenders.
Despite all the positive news, chief executive Michael Carvill is staying grounded.
