Richard Endersen of Aon Risk Solutions Ireland traces his career to date and explores the lessons he has learned along the way
Richard Endersen is chief executive of Aon Risk Solutions Ireland and chairman of Aon Plc’s retail corporate broking business in Britain. Established in the US by Patrick Ryan, Aon is now headquartered in London and employs 50,000 people in 120 countries. It has 600 staff across four business arms in Ireland, including 260 in Aon Risk Solutions. Aon Plc is quoted on the New York Stock Exchange and has a market capitalisation of $35 billion.
