Capita tells workers relying on union was a mistake

Capita has written to several workers at subsidiary AMT-Sybex to tell them a recent Labour Court recommendation on redundancy terms was “inappropriate and out of line with company policy”. Capita is laying off several workers at AMT-Sybex’s Dublin premises.
