Calls for Nama to suspend Project Arrow deal with Cerberus

Sinn Fein leader Gerry Adams claims the sell off is "unacceptable"

There were calls this evening for Nama's Project Arrow deal to be suspended after Cerberus was revealed as the preferred bidder for the €6.25 billion loan book.

Sinn Fein's Gerry Adams hit out after a spokesman for Nama said the board's decision to do business with Cerberus was based on the "strong recommendation" of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), the loan sale adviser appointed by Nama in February 2015.
