When her father Tom passed away two years ago, Breda Butler found herself at the helm of the family’s agrifood business Cuinneog.

“It was a shock. The business was now on my shoulders; I was totally responsible for it,” said Butler, who had worked in accounting and credit control roles before taking over the Mayo venture full-time.
