Intercom, one of Ireland’s fastest-growing technology firms, is on course to becoming a $1 billion company. Founded six years ago, the messaging platform for internet businesses has raised $116 million from investors including early backer Biz Stone, a cofounder of Twitter, and ICONIQ Capital, which manages the fortunes of Silicon Valley royalty like Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.
