Builder Morrissey lodges case against Goldman Sachs company

Developer John Morrissey has lodged a High Court case against a Goldman Sachs vehicle in a dispute over debt linked to him that it acquired.

Ennis Property Finance, which is linked to Goldman Sachs, bought Morrissey’s Bank of Scotland debt connected with a property in Palmerston Road in Dublin, and a nearby fitness centre in Dartry.
