Ciarán McMahon is chairman and managing director of Ford Ireland. Established in the US in 1903 by Henry Ford, the companyd opened its Irish operations in Cork in 1917. Ford Ireland employs 50 people directly, while its 52 franchised dealers in the Irish market employ another 1,000 people.
