Broaden horizons to improve customer relations, says Cexi
Irish businesses must look beyond local competitor comparisons to make progress, according to a new customer experience (CX) report.
Last week, Cexi (Customer Experience Insights), a Dublin-based membership service for Irish companies, launched the first CX league table for Ireland.
It found that credit unions provided the best CX in Ireland, closely followed by the National Concert Hall and Dublin Zoo.
