Site helps firms to find pension schemes
The introduction of British legislation requiring companies across the water to introduce staff pension schemes prompted Dublin-born entrepreneur Brendan Shanks to establish Husky Finance in 2013 with business partner Steve Wilkinson.
Under the Pensions Act 2008, every employer in Britain must put certain staff into a pension scheme and contribute towards it. Shanks and Wilkinson have developed an online platform that helps companies to find a suitable workplace pension scheme.
