Sometimes a product sells itself. That has been the experience of Peter Mulryan, co-founder of Blackwater Distillery. The gin maker released Blackwater Barry’s Tea Irish Gin last month, a mix of Irish tea and gin. Blackwater originally printed 10,000 labels, but it had to reprint them at the end of November, such was the demand.

“The month wasn’t out and it was looking like all the labels were going to be gone,” he said....
