Biopharm firm ready to launch funding round
Glycoselect, the Dublin-based supplier of specialised proteins to biopharmaceutical manufacturers, is preparing to launch a Series A funding round.
Established in 2013 as an offshoot of the Centre for Bioanalytical Science, the Dublin City University spin-off is led by chief executive Robert Dunne. The CoBS was a co-initiative led by IDA Ireland, DCU and Bristol-Myers Squibb with the aim of solving problems associated with production of biopharmaceutical products based on glycoprotein chemistry.
