Basketball Ireland chief executive Bernard O’Byrne is confident he can win the presidency of the Olympic Council of Ireland (OCI) on a reform ticket next month.

O’Byrne, a former head of the FAI, told The Sunday Business Post he was an underdog, but believes he can win the vote on February 9.
