Paddy Kelly is managing director of Tegral Building Products, a position he has held for eight years. The company employs 150 people in Athy, Co Kildare. It sells building supplies including metal roofing, cladding and flooring products, for use in commercial, industrial and agricultural construction.

Tegral was established in 1936 and has been a member of Etex Group since 1988. Kelly is currently the acting chair of Guaranteed Irish.
