Setanta Centre in Dublin could be bought for €100 million

Louth businessman Larry Goodman is considering the sale of the Setanta Centre, a prime piece of Dublin property, The Sunday Business Post has learned.

A property source said that Hardwicke Group, chaired by businessman Mark Kavanagh, has had early discussions with Goodman regarding acquiring the building, but both parties declined to comment.

Several properties in the area have changed hands in recent times.
