Florida-based investor John Flynn is suing beef baron Larry Goodman for millions of euro in an epic row over their shareholdings in the exclusive Blackrock Clinic.

In August, the Commercial Court ruled that Goodman, who has a 28 per cent stake in the private hospital, tried to gain a controlling interest in the business by making a ‘secretive move’ against Flynn.
