Bank of Ireland is to double its presence in the broker market this year, as it looks to expand its mortgage lending.
The bank re-entered the broker market last year, signing up 20 agencies across the country. Francesca McDonagh, Bank of Ireland’s chief executive, said last week that it intended to add a further 20 brokers this year.
